I'm a librarian with years of experience in library systems from service design to ILS customizations. Recently, I've pursued additional coursework in Human-Computer Interaction and Human Factors to better understand research tools used to examine online tools.
My Story
I have a deep love of libraries and a desire to optimize government services for the users.
In my research, I’ve been examining help-seeking behavior as people seek more information. I’ve been interested in how people phrase the help they seek and how they learn the language of their interests.
